Btw if you wanna stay safe you can go for bonds.
But the best choice imo are ETFs

blue chips and I wouldn't be afraid to invest in foreign company's if you really dive deep into investing, I would look into CEI scores and ESG scores that have a high score as they tend to be profitable.
keep up with the news EX: Dutch bros atm would be a long-term investment personally factors that it's a cheap alternative to Starbucks and their company growth as in establishing more shops around the country that's a good sign and its cheap to invest in right now since they went public as it was a private company and Companys tend to pitfall after they go public personally be a good hold for 3-5 years imo. Just alot of research and build aquitances.
