1. Disable two-factor authentication (2FA).
2. Change the email address associated with the account.
3. After you have done that go to the OGE Email and change the password, secure it. I
4. Change the account password to a strong and unique one.
5. Enable two-factor authentication on the new email address.
6. Disconnect any linked accounts, if applicable.
7. Verify your email to ensure it is properly linked and functioning.

1. After purchasing an account, avoid immediately changing the region or display name. Wait at least 7 days before making any such changes.
2. Avoid contacting Epic support unless absolutely necessary. Contacting support without having the original email and all receipts may result in the account being suspended or deactivated.
