- Disable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Change the email address associated with the account.
- After you have done that go to the OGE Email and change the password, secure it. I
- Change the account password to a strong and unique one.
- Enable two-factor authentication on the new email address.
- Disconnect any linked accounts, if applicable.
- Verify your email to ensure it is properly linked and functioning.
- After purchasing an account, avoid immediately changing the region or display name. Wait at least 7 days before making any such changes.
- Avoid contacting Epic support unless absolutely necessary. Contacting support without having the original email and all receipts may result in the account being suspended or deactivated.
