i know the idea’s being tossed around a lot rn and the staff have confirmed it to come in the future, but what do we think?

If a gambling feature is added, a forum team member must be an escrow to avoid exitting as this is a reoccuring theme amongst "newfags" (please don't take offence LGBT+, its an oldfag lingo).

Forum team takes 5-10% of the wager everytime, similar how to how escrow deals are done.

Gambling is probably the addiction that leads to forum users (our members) developing worse habits. If it's not drugs or women that is the catalyst for addictive behavior (which from my observation, now a days it tends to be gambling, I hope I don't need to explain how I came to this conclusion), then it's definetly depositing digital forms of money or FIAT in an attempt to achieve the adrenaline rush from winning, and most people will never cashout when they are up, therefore reinforcing the cycle of addiction.

Would it add site activity? Yes. Would it reduce the quality of the forum? Depends on how it's implemented.
