Why is there "Joined: Jan 2023" and "2 MONTHS OF SERVICE"? Its basically the same thing, wouldn't one of these be enough?

not necessarily, sometimes you may not want to work out the amount of months yourself or you want to know specifically when a user has joined; so both have their respective benefits. However i do think in the "Joined" section, the day should be included too, so "1 Jan 2023" for eg.

And i dont think its clutter, still looks very minimal and clean imo.

I disagree I like introductions and seeing when they are online just use / scan
