Warnings won't be because we think someone is going to scam. Every warning someone will get is like LQ posting, rep abuse and breaking some simple rule.
Most times we warn someone the content is also deleted so showing the reason for each might be a bit difficult.

Also if you see someone with say "6/2" it means they are at 6 points from receiving 2 warnings. If someone hits 10 points they just receive a temp ban until their points drop under 10.
