I use Snapchat once or twice a day and it isn’t addictive, mainly because I have only like 60 friends added and I only use it to make plans, I do see people that make it addicting and get caught up with snap score, streaks and etc. Depends how you use it.

Only has caused me trouble in relationships. I gave it up long ago.

Don't really use Snapchat. I would say it's probably one of the worst platforms to exist because 9/10 times, you forget what you sent to the other person if their chat is to disappear after viewing. Probably would be better to use Matrix or Signal at that point.
