in my opinion it will not do well at all, even though twitch were being a bit too strict with TOS you still need a set of rules for a streaming site to run smoothly.

Twitch has such a cult like following.
Id rather see Kick succeed since Twitch is very biased and gives into the "woke" politics.
Its very possible for Kick to spin off if enough notable streamers back them.
